Hello, my name is Dawn Stackhouse.  I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest.  After an amazing career in Merchandising and Logistics and years of training horses, I met my husband John, and we relocated to Buckeye Arizona.  We wanted more sunshine, better opportunities to play golf, and endless adventures.  We have found just that!

In 2015 we decided to purchase our first home and did not know where to start.  My search on social media connected me with an agent that lived in Gilbert.  During the process we walked many homes in the Buckeye/Tonopah area alone.  We met with our agent a few times but ultimately did not know there was another way.  We found out at the signing table of our dream home that we had missed many pieces of the transaction and truly were faced with a scary decision to sign on the dotted line or walk away and lose our earnest money.  We closed on our dream home, but I knew there had to be a better way.

In 2016 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent.  My first 2 years I helped anyone I could with renting a property in the valley off social media platforms.  It was an amazing experience and some of the hardest work to date.  I decided I needed more knowledge and because a part of a team.  By 2018 I had closed 90 difficult transactions and decided to spread my wings and help my clients alone.   I believe in trying to make the process of finding a home to own or rent as easy and fast as possible.  I'm here to work as hard as I can for each client, including finding the perfect buyer for my sellers!  My clients deserve to understand the process and have all of the resources available to them, and my experience has created a vast list to share!
