Meet Dawn

With a career built on experience, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, I bring a unique perspective to real estate.

I became a licensed Realtor in 2016 and spent 2018–2022 mentoring under one of Arizona’s top-producing agents. During that time, I built a strong foundation in the business and personally closed more than 100 transactions, representing buyers and sellers across a wide range of real estate—including single-family homes, multifamily properties, land, new construction, land-and-home purchases, select commercial transactions, and property management.

In 2022, I expanded my role beyond my own transactions and began helping some of the largest real estate teams in Arizona with their business and transactions. Since then, I have helped support the successful closing of more than 750 transactions.

That experience has taught me that real estate is about much more than putting a property on the market or writing an offer. It’s knowing the business, understanding the contracts and requirements, anticipating problems before they become problems, and—perhaps most importantly—knowing where to find the right answers when something unexpected comes up.

I have consistently ranked among the top 2% of realtors in my market and have built my business on experience, responsiveness, problem-solving, and doing what is best for my clients.
